Foot reflexology is a treatment technique that uses the massage of reflex zones located on the feet and on the arch of the foot.
The principle
Each part of the body (skull, spine, etc.), each organ and gland (heart, lung, etc.) has a
corresponding area of the foot, a reflex zone.
The reflexologist, through specific massages, will locate and stimulate the sensitive areas,
areas of dysfunction of the corresponding organ. This stimulation creates a nerve impulse
which reacts by producing a non-conscious physiological reaction in the organ in question.
Foot reflexology is a gentle medicine that relieves, energizes, soothes and helps to restore
harmony to the body.
